On 21 June, we celebrated the longest day of the year at Albatross with our traditional Dawn Tournament. Eighty-three brave players teed off with a shotgun start at daybreak at 4:51 a.m.
Although waking up in the middle of the night was very demanding for most participants and organizers, the whole tournament was held in a pleasant and relaxed spirit. There was a friendly atmosphere throughout the day, and it was clear that the participants knew very well why they had signed up for this tournament.
Mrs Alice Pospíšilová prepared a morning guessing competition for the players: “Guess how many points you will score today.” And we can reveal that the actual results were significantly better than the players had predicted.
